There is no WAY these people are going to get their asking price of $889,000.
This is a cheap flip.
It was listed in March of 2011 for $499,000.
I am not sure what it sold for but they couldn't have put more that $120,000 in this place and now they want almost $400,000 more than what is was listed for just under a year ago!!
Not going to happen.
I do like the idea of the glass wall at the stairs but they should have continued that up to the third floor railings.
And it is unfortunate that they didn't open up the kitchen more to the backyard. With a 125 foot lot, there must be some sort of yard.
$699,000.
Maaaaaybe $750,000.
