Either the house has stayed the same or these pictures are from when the house was built in 1973. It is amazing!
This Westmount home has seen a lot of parties. Looks like from the photo of the dad in the pool, he might have partied a little too hard the night before these pictures were taken.
I would definitely buy this place as is, fur throws and all, even though the front is not the best. The rest it amazing.
But it is listed at $2,500,000!! That is kind of crazy for a 4 bedroom (with baseboard heating) of this size in Montreal.
Does the price really matter though!?! This listing is more about it's 1970's greatness. And the dad and kid in the pool.... And the hookah room or whatever that is.... And the wooden sculpture in the sunken living room....
