110 Kilbarry Road - FOREST HILL

Finally!  A Forest Hill listing that doesn't look like it should be on The Real Housewives of Atlanta!

It's been a while since I posted a Forest Hill house because it seems that all the houses that have been on the market have looked like the picture above.

This 4+2 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 87 x 145 lot on Kilbarry Road is pretty nice.  I wish there were better and more pictures though.  And floor plans.  I am confused by that room with the toys.

I am also confused by how little furniture there is.  It looks like there are people living there and that the 2010 renovation doesn't mean this was a flip but where is the little girls mattress?  And the family room coffee table?  Or the rest of the living room furniture?

Did they just not get around to furnishing it after spending the money to renovate?

They did forgot to renovate one of the bathrooms too.  Don't know if that one is in the third floor or the basement.

This is a nice house but when you consider that this house at 204 Balmoral Avenue in South Hill still hasn't sold for $4,998,000....

Is it likely that this one will sell for $4,300,000?

Probably.  It is in Forest Hill, not South Hill.  More prestige though South Hill has more charm.  

Maybe high $3,000,000's would have made more sense though.
