Yes, the pictures are awful but that doesn't stop you from seeing that this is a nice house.

It isn't huge with only 2 bedrooms on a 15 x 100 lot but it is nice, even if it might be a flip and just a few blocks to the Queen East shops and restaurants.

The backyard needs some working but there is parking.  That is pretty huge in this neighbourhood.

And with a price tag of $479,900, it will go fast, and most likely over asking like this De Grassi row house.  Even if the location isn't as good!
