UPDATE: this place was actually listed back in 2009 for $2,195,000 with a price drop to $2,095,000 and it looks like it didn't sell. Now they are asking $5,245,000 for the same house!?! WTF!?!

This house is a typical new build but if you put in the right furniture, it could be great (assuming you like the new build look).
I am not sure who is living here right now though. Is it the builder's family? There is hardly any furniture or anything personal but then there is all that stuff in the bathrooms. Why would you not stage the house but messily stage the bathrooms?
Maybe it is squatters.
It would be pretty nice to build a more modern place on that bungalow lot but to do it right, you would have to spend another few million.
(UPDATE: something like this one around the corner which is kind of ugly from the front but is probably amazing inside...)
Considering that this place is a mere $750,000 more BEFORE the $2 million + build for the other lot, it seems easier to just buy this place and change some of the light fixtures.
