This is a pretty good option. It is a semi detached listed at $439,000. It isn't huge with only 2 bedrooms but it looks like the attached house built an extension. This house would be a great house with an option to extend out in future.
There is a private drive for parking, a nice yard and it looks like it has been kept in pretty good shape. The kitchen is a bit dated but it is nice and clean and could look a lot brighter with a coat of paint.
Not sure about that roof above the sunroom or what you could even use the sunroom for...it looks cold.
But all in all, a good house in a good location.
