The house at 927 Logan Avenue that I mentioned 2 days ago has sold!

For $939,000!!!

It was originally listed at $749,000 and I really liked it, even called that it would go over (but I think anyone could have guessed that).  

The fireplace freaked me out and the kitchen could use some updating but otherwise it was really nice.

I still don't get what is going on with that fireplace though.
