And it went for...

The Leslieville house that I posted just this morning and was for sale for $749,000 has sold!

It appears that 9 Boston Avenue sold on Saturday (but the info was only updated today).

Thanks to my reader Jennifer for drawing my attention to the sale!

And the fact that it did indeed sell for $###,### more than the house attached sold for less than a year ago!!!

9 Boston Avenue sold for $835,000!

As I said in my post (before I realized it had sold), this house is much better.  And I didn't think the asking price being $##,### over what the other house actually sold for (regardless of the asking) was ridiculous given how much nicer it was.
