And it went for....

This 3 bedroom rowhouse located at 25 Bellwoods Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods that I posted a few weeks ago has sold.

It sold over asking at $787,000.  When I posted it, it was listed at $689,000.

I thought it was a nice house.  It was even featured in the September 2009 issue of Canadian House and Home.  

Today, it is featured on the Canadian House and Home site in one of their web tv episode, aka a webisode....
