This place located in downtown Montreal is kind of insane.
I really wish there was a floor plan because I am a little confused as to what it going on.
When I first saw the pictures of this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse, I thought it was pretty impressive until I got to the kitchen, what is with that island? The kitchen is very nice, but for $3,500,000!?!
It looks like there is a den through the kitchen and with beautiful windows over looking the yard but there are no pictures of that room.
The master bedroom is crazy but why is the bed in front of the fireplace? The other bedroom is huge....except that tv in the second bedroom is kind of throwing me off. Not sure where that black washroom is...but still, that tiny kitchen in a $3.5 million house!?!
Then, you get to the bottom 'garden' level where you find............
a MASSIVE gourmet entertaining kitchen that walks out to the garden and pool. That kitchens KICKS ASS!!! I would be more than happy to live in that 'garden' level let alone the rest of the house.
And apparently there is a rooftop deck that over looks the city.
Just another quaint Montreal townhouse....
