Considering that the semi at 179 Withrow Avenue in Riverdale just sold for $920,000, it makes the price of this detached Wychwood house listed at $983,000 sound pretty good.
It isn't bigger, perhaps it is even smaller (no king size beds in this house!) but it is much better. And the lot is HUGE at 30 x 156.
A gutter at 84 Ilford Avenue recently sold in the neighbourhood (well, just south of St. Clair in Wychwood) on a similar lot for $1,000,000 so that makes the price even more appealing.
And look at that backyard!
There might be some work needed to fill in the holes from all those frames all over the house but that is a small price to pay for those parties you could be having on the patio this summer.
But that king sized bed thing might be an issue.
