PRICE DROP - 67 Garden Avenue - RONCESVALLES
This flip that I posted back in January has been re-listed at a lower price (thanks Jake).
It was listed at $889,000 and has dropped to $799,000.
It is still too high.
Here is the new listing picture which isn't much better than the first. At least they aren't trying to make it look bigger than it is (no one falls for that one)...
