227 Old Orchard Grove - BEDFORD PARK
Compared to my last post, this 3+1 bedroom, 3 full + 1/2 bathroom house in Bedford Park seems like a bargain.
It is not a rebuild but has been recently remodelled. All of it.
I am not sure about the lay out of the first floor though. The family room looks big enough in the back to make the dining room and family room be part of the same space. What is with that 4 seater 'dining room' table anyhow? Twice that size would fit in the back of the house.
Then you could have a proper living room at the front. And it also looks big enough to make a front entrance way. It is Canada. It is cold here in winter.
This house has potential. The staging is awful and so is the paint colour but that is a simple change...
And it is priced at $1,250,000.
If I were looking in Playter Estates, I might consider Bedford Park after seeing this place. Is it really that much different?
Okay, kind of. Well, a lot...
But not enough to pay $45,000 more for that Playter Estates house. That price just seems crazy to me.
Do you think a full roof top deck with a hot tub 50" tv in this neighbourhood?
