231 Forman Avenue - DAVISVILLE VILLAGE
Since Riverdale seemed to get all the action this week sales wise (6 houses I wanted to post are already sold), I thought I would post about a neighbourhood I haven't posted about since back in December 2011.
Remember the Hall and Oates House? Probably one of my favourite 'Why the Hell' houses to date.
This house is actually located right across the street from that house which is still priced at $789,900 even though it has been on the market for months.
This house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.
It has been on the market for a few weeks. It is a corner lot of 23 x 74 feet. That is not so big and kind of ruins the idea of a new build.
The house inside is alright. Unfortunately, it's hard to tell exactly from the few pictures the agent posted. Better pictures!!
It seems that the house is clean but the bedrooms have slanted ceilings from the roof and the yard is right on the street.
And it is priced at $729,000!
I think this might be on the market for a bit....
