The Roncesvalles house at 258 Sorauren Avenue that I posted last week has sold.

It had been on the market for a few weeks and I was confused as to why.  It is currently a duplex but could be a great detached family home across the street from Sorauren Park and with very little disruption or money.

Well, looks like someone else agreed because it sold for ##.#% of asking!  Just $#,### less than the asking of $879,000 at $###,###.
