This 4+1 bedroom, 3+1 bathroom house on a nice street in Westmount reminds me of a smaller version of the house at 1532 Av. Summerhill in Montreal. From the inside at least.
The price is $2,575,000. (The other house was $3,500,000.)
Is it me or does this seem like a lot for a semi in Montreal (they did do a nice job on the reno though)?
Price aside, I could easily move right into this place. I love how it is decorated and I really like the dark walls in the bedroom with the light floors.
Not sure who lives in that basement, whether it is a grandparent or a rental but it is just as nice as the rest of the house. It kind of reminds me of that basement apartment in Vancouver that sold for $590,000 last month. Maybe if you can't afford the high asking price, you can sell the basement!
Either way, I really, really like this house and would like to move in.
