1009 - 75 Portland Street - FASHION DISTRICT

I am not sure how long this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the 75 Portland building has been for sale but I can't imagine it has been listed for long.

For $899,000, this seems like a reasonable price for a lot of living space in a downtown condo.

It looks like it has been renovated as it has been listed for rent in the past (if that is the same place).

They did a great job.  

It's bright.  It seems large.  I am not crazy about the counter top but more white might have just been too much.  Maybe concrete but that might have been too much with the ceiling.

I like the floor colour and the bathrooms are a good size.  The lack of privacy in the master would bother me but perhaps that glass in front of the toilet could be covered with a frosted glass film.

All in all, this place at this price, with parking is good deal.

It's bigger and nicer than this place at 32 Stewart Street but 'only' $200,000 more.

But then again, it is also a 'whopping' $200,000 more than this comparable condo at 10 Morrison St.

Hmm, maybe it's not such a great deal after all

....unless you really want to be able to say that you live in seventy5.
