For a 17 foot wide 2 bedroom semi (UPDATE: this is actually 3 bedrooms and I have added more photos below. What is that stuff on the patio stone!?!).
This house is overpriced.

D - 17 Ottawa Street (I never found out the selling price of this house but it was on the market for ages at $1,100,000 and it is around the corner)
And highlighting the outdated green marble surrounded tub with a bad brass faucet isn't going to help.
Maybe the price would make sense if the house looked more like this one from the September 2011 issue of Canadian House and Home...
But it doesn't.
