PRICE DROP - 35 Rhodes Avenue

This east Leslieville semi that I compared to its neighbour weeks ago has had a price drop.

It was originally listed at $429,900 and the price has been dropped to $419,900.

Not sure 2% is going to make much of a difference though.

I think $399,000 would probably get a lot more interested buyers.  Perhaps the people looking at the $350-399,000 range...
