65 Hampton Avenue - RIVERDALE
I thought I had posted this house before but when I took a look, I hadn't. I think I was going to but the pictures weren't great. Now there are pictures but not a lot of them.
This house was listed back in January for $935,000 (but I can't find the link to it).
I guess it didn't sell because it was re-listed on March 29 for $899,000.
Clearly they felt that price wasn't right as the have RAISED the price back up to $935,000.
This house also recently switched hands in July 2011.
It was listed for $799,000 and sold for $847,500.
Wonder what the reason is for the sudden sell. They haven't even owned it for a year.

It all seems like a solid house/flip but I am not sure how they hang a shower curtain on the 3rd floor with the slanted ceiling.
Do you think it is worth $935,000?
If you could ask the neighbours if you could paint out their garage, it might be.
