Though the address is on Ava Road, this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 3,800 square foot house is actually located on Spadina. It is in the heart of Forest Hill so it isn't the really busy part but can still get substantial traffic.
Plus the inside of the house is a little tired.
Maybe that is why it is 'only' listed at $1,825,000.

The whole house needs updating, especially the bathrooms and the baseboard heating in some of the rooms.
Not sure I like the rounded doorways either but with a little paint to spruce it up and make it more up-to-date, this house is huge and more than livable as is with a huge yard that gets south and west facing sun and it is on a 50 x 128 lot.
Anyone agree this might go for $2,300,000?
