And it went for....

One of the original houses I ever posted has finally sold.  It is in Forest Hill at 114 Dunvegan. 

There is no mistaking that it was decorated by Brian Gluckstein.

It was originally listed at $12,900,000.  At some point which I missed, it had a price drop to $11,900,000.

It sold for $10,700,000.

I think they should be happy with that.
