And it went for....

This move right in 4+1 bedroom (though it is really 3+1 with a family room) at 344 Inglewood Drive sold.

It sold for $2,350,000.

I thought it might go higher.  Maybe it was the pool.

PS.  If you haven't noticed, I have been doing a lot of 'And it went for....' posts yesterday and today.  Thanks to a reader who brought a site to my attention and to the site itself, RealtySellers, run by an agent (I am not sure if they are allowed to do that but that is none of my business.  IMO, we should all be able to know the sold price so keep at it!!) I am able to get the solds the day of.  As I have been a little out of commission for the past week since I heard of the site, I am doing catch up so bear with me.
