This 3+1 bedroom house in the north end of Christie Pitts won't stay on the market for long. It looks really well taken care of and since they have done a good job with their zen decorating, it shows well even if zen isn't your thing.
My favourite part of the whole house is the picture in the master bedroom. I have blurred the faces but you get the idea. They kind of remind me of Hamilton and Meg Swan from Best in Show.

As I said, it looks well taken care of, it isn't large but there are 3 bedrooms and the basement is big with a fireplace....
The house is listed at $599,900 but I think it will sell for $665,000.
