Looks like the house I posted at 159 Colbeck Street might have some competition!
That house was 4 bedrooms and this one is only 3 but this house is also $111,000 less.
It is listed at $879,000.
The first floor is the same with the kitchen being much better in this house and this house has built-ins.
The bathrooms are also much better! The windows seem new and there is no disgusting carpet in the basement.
The whole house looks like it is move right in with little work.
If this house at 46 Thornhill in Baby Point that was listed at $669,000 sold for what I thought it would sell for ($780,000, anyone know what it sold for?) then this place will go for asking or at least $50,000 more.
My guess is it will sell for $939,000.
UPDATE: thanks to the commenter below who pointed out half the reason I wanted to post this house in the first place but forgot...the Pellegrino bottles!!!! What the heck!!
