And it went for....

The house with the messed up kitchen and no view of the backyard except from the far right side of the house has sold. 

Located at 20 Rosemount Avenue in Regal Heights, this house has a great feel and a great location but I couldn't get past that kitchen.

Clearly a lot of other people couldn't either because it was only the market for a month.  It was listed at $1,249,000 which I thought was too much considering the kitchen needed to be redone.

I thought it would sell for no more than $1,050,000 but I was wrong.

It apparently sold (thanks R) for $100,000 more at $1,150,000.

Perhaps once you put in another $50-$100,000 to fix that kitchen it might be a $1.25 million house but I don't think so.
