The crazy mid-century bungalow at 73 Leggatt Avenue in Humber Heights in Etobicoke has sold.
The house itself is a bit of a gem if this is your style and it sits on 100 x 256 lot but in a very sleepy neighbourhood.
Maybe that is why it didn't sell for as much as I would have thought.
The asking price was $899,000 and I would have thought the selling price would be somewhere in the high $900,000s or just over $1,000,000.
It did sell over but only $26,000 over.
It sold for $925,000.
Don't be a builder that bought it! Restore that place. It could be AMAZING!
