Though the house isn't as wide as it looks in the picture above, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 25.25 x 122 lot in Moss Park has a pretty impressive living room. That thing is HUGE.
There is a lot of work that could be done to this house. I am not sure why they included this close up of the carpet on the second floor because it looks disgusting...
The bathrooms are run down and I am not sure if the girl's room has a separate door or if you have to go through the master to get there. If that's the case, this is really a 2 bedroom plus office house.
The neighbourhood is a little sketchy but is getting fixed up slowly but surely.
The kitchen needs to be redone. Those upper cabinets are tiny but I love the accordion doors. And for downtown Toronto, that is a big yard! Plus there is 2 car parking.

Is it worth the $1,195,000 price tag?
