The Holly Hobbie house is no longer!!
This semi in Summerhill has been on the market for a LONG time.
This is what it used to look like:

It was first listed at $1,395,000 and then they dropped the price to $1,295,000.
Well, it has been relisted at a new price of $1,195,000 and it has a whole new look!
There is no more pink or chintz! I kind of miss it actually.
Now it is all beige with a low hanging boob light in the living room. I suppose it will appeal to more buyers this time around.
I just hope they actually took the time to strip the wallpaper instead of just painting over it. That would be really annoying.
The price is a lot better this time around but probably still a bit too high. The chintz might be gone but the house still needs a lot of work. I think it will sell for $1,099,000.
