When I first saw this house house listed at $899,000, I thought this was clearly a flip but that I had seen worse.

It is actually pretty good if you get past the fact that it kind of looks like an office or showroom on the first floor.  Or that the powder room door opens right into the living room...

But then I saw this...

That's right!!!  The shower opens up right into the bedroom and the toilet is one foot away from the bed! 

That is worse than the condo at seventy5 Portland!!

That is a deal breaker if I have ever seen one!!
