Well, this is a very good option. More expensive but a better house. It is listed at $899,000*.
It needs work but it is completely move right in (accept for the kitchen).
Problem is, I don't think there is much of a backyard.
Here is a walk through. It starts off kind of creepy but gets better when you go in the house.
Both the Delaware house and this house should be $100,000 less...just saying.
That front porch lamp is REALLY close to the number plaque.
