48 Hawthorn Avenue - ROSEDALE......AGAIN!!!
Here is this house AGAIN!!!
Back in November 2011, I posted this house. I really like it. It was listed for $3,495,000. It didn't sell and was dropped in January 2012 to $3,350,000.
Well, looks like it didn't sell then either because there is a new agent and it is back on the market for $3,380,000.
Weird thing is, I think it is the same agent who listed the house back in April 2010 for $2,950,000 (but I could just be confused, this house is confusing)!!!
I am starting to think that this house not selling is an issue with the clients and not the agents or the house (but I could be wrong).
Is this really a $3,380,000 house? If it were in Forest Hill, it would probably be listed at $4.5 million.
Maybe that is why the clients aren't accepting lower offers (this is only speculation). They insist it is a $3.5 million house (...speculation).
What do you think? Should this be a $2,800,000 house?
The new paint job does make it look a lot better (minus that back splash)....
