I will be surprised if this row house in the Runnymede/High Park/Junction neighbourhood is still on the market tomorrow.
There are only 2 bedrooms and if you want a shower that does not involve sitting in a bathtub, you will need to go to the basement bathroom...
And if you are over 5'8", you might not be able to walk to the far side of the master bedroom.
And you might not be able to have any children larger than one that fits in a toddler bed in the second bedroom...
But for $399,000, this is a very well taken care of house with a big backyard and a parking spot in a hot neighbourhood.
You better be able to garden though. The neighbours look like they REALLY like to garden and if you mess up what the current owner has done on this place they will not be happy.
I say this place goes for high $400,000s.
Imagine if you could open up that kitchen to the rest of the house how much bigger and brighter it would feel!!
