This Scandinavian inspired row house at 14 Manning Avenue in Trinity Bellwoods sold last week.

I wasn't sure there would be enough buyers but I guess I was wrong.

It was listed at $599,000 and sold for $701,170.

Guess the buyers have a superstition thing happening with the numbers 1 and 7, or just 117. 

Look at the percent over list and the sold price!

How did they figure that out?
