Davisville Village really IS picking up!

This house located at 345A Belsize Avenue that I posted 4 days ago sold yesterday, less than a week after it was listed.

It was listed only 2 years ago for $635,000.

This week, it was listed at $749,000.

It sold for $851,000.

If I lived in Davisville Village, would I hold on to my house or take advantage of this ride and sell?

I think I would hold on.  I think the area is just going to get hotter!  Maybe it is the time to buy here though!  Before things go too crazy.
