But no where near close to asking.

They were asking $4,500,000.

They sold it for 3,218,300.

That is a $1,281,700 difference!

It sits on a 85.42 x 304 foot ravine lot.

85.42 x 304!!

Even if they put $2,000,000 into this place, which is kind of insane, the house would cost $5,218,300.

That is still $500,000 LESS than this place.
