And it went for....

The house at 93 Pearson in Roncesvalles that I posted yesterday has sold.  

I am not sure if it sold on Tuesday (which makes sense if they were 'taking offers') or if it sold last night.  But it sold.

It was listed at $899,000 and I thought it would sell way over.  Maybe somewhere closer to $985,000.

It sold for $986,000.

Do you think it was the bright kitchen that looked out to the backyard or the rooftop shower?  Or maybe that is was an all around solid house.
