The house at 107 Park Road in South Rosedale that was initially listed in October 2011 at $3,550,000 has finally sold!

It had 2 price drops since then.

The most recent listing price was $2,995,000.

I thought it should go down to $2,500,000. 

Guess I was a little low because it sold for....

$2,710,000.

Still a bit pricey but MUCH better than the initial asking!
