HMM - 22 Fairview Boulevard - RIVERDALE

Last week, a reader asked if this ridiculously overpriced house on an 83 foot lot in Riverdale had sold because it is no longer listed on Realtor.ca.

What happened?  Where did it go? 

It might not be listed on Realtor.ca anymore but it clearly hasn't sold because it is still up on the agent's site and not listed on his sold page.

Maybe they are rethinking pricing strategy while still listing it online....

How about $1,399,000?

Maybe $1,499,000...
