What happened here!?!
This house was listed in August of 2010 for $280,000 and dropped to $259,000 in October of 2010. It was relisted in March of 2011 for $279,900 before it was dropped to $239,900 in November. I have no idea if it sold.
It is now listed again at $239,900 .

I am not sure what happened here. It looks like the same door and window as the house before but they seem to have cut the roof off. Clearly, it needs to be torn down.
It's in an area north of the Junction that is part residential and part industrial. I am guessing this won't sell anytime soon. At least not at that price! The amount it will cost to fix this plus the listing price will be more than what the house would ultimately be worth. They might need to drop the price again.
It does have lot of parking though!
