410 Armadale Avenue - BLOOR WEST VILLAGE
There seems to be a lot of wasted space in this 3+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom new build in Bloor West Village.
This is what it used to look like...
I am not sure how much it sold for but it is now listed at $1,349,900 and has been since mid April.
It is clearly overpriced.
Just because the house at 71 Morningside in Swansea sold for $1,515,000 doesn't mean this should sell for the same. That place was completely over priced!
What are those 2 huge closets on the first floor? If they weren't there, you could move the dining table there and have a bit of a tv/family area at the back.
I am on the fence about the back splash in the kitchen. I kind of love it but would like it better if the hard wood wasn't stained. (update: I forgot to point out the weird patina on the vent hood near the ceiling. What's that about?) That little office area just off the living room looks awful. If they were going to stage the house with an IKEA couch, they should have used the Karlstad sofa instead of the Ektorp. It's more suited to the style of the house and it is $100 cheaper.
And why the rooftop deck overlooking the street!?! I don't get it.
This should be a $1,199,000 house. At the most.
