This 4+1 bedroom, 3 bath house at the edge of East York and close to Woodbine looks pretty good from the front. That Japanese maple tree is a nice touch.
Then you get inside. And the stone welcomes you at the front door. And continues to welcome you through the living room, to the dining room to the coat closet right beside the kitchen.
They put a winding stone path through the middle of the hard wood floors!!
If you are so adverse to those plastic runners, you could buy something like this runner that is for indoor and outdoor use and is machine washable...

Wait! That is a runner!!!!! Where do you buy faux stone runner material!?!
Then there is the drab paint colour but we all know that can be changed easily. The kitchen is quite dark but the cabinets can be painted if dark wood isn't your thing (maybe new countertops but that can be costly). Plus it looks like there might be a family room beyond the kitchen.
Then you get upstairs...
What is going on in the master bedroom? First thing I thought of was this.

I am a little curious about what is going on in the basement...nice window covering.
This could be a pretty good house with a few coats of paint, a new runner, a better curtain situation, one less mattress and fewer Furries.
For the price of $749,900... it's pricey for the neighbourhood. Maybe high $6s.
