220 Riverdale Avenue - RIVERDALE
I am annoyed by Riverdale. It just seems so overpriced.
This house is detached with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but...
That kitchen is not a kitchen of a $1,189,000 house and that is what they are asking for this place. It's more like a kitchen on the 15th floor of an old school Yonge and Sheppard apartment that just happens to have the bedrooms up some stairs and not down the hall.
There is a yard with fancy new dogwood and other evergreen bushes that they must have put into their $4,000 showing budget. Who likes pea gravel in their backyard!?! That was not there a month ago. That was $400 out of the showing budget. It all makes me think that this has a lot of cheap cover ups for the listing.
That armoire is pretty terrific and the bunk bed bookshelf is okay but there is something about this house that isn't sitting right.
