Another semi! This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 17 x 115 lot just steps from Withrow Park.
It's a not an old semi, kind of looks like a new build but it is nice. I don't love the front door or the front entry. It looks like it should be in an entry of a large new build in Leaside. I am not crazy about the fly catcher lights throughout the first floor or the tile in the upstairs bathrooms but everything else is great. New lights on the first floor and a new paint colour in the bathrooms would make a BIG difference. I am also not crazy about the colour on the the first floor but maybe it is less neon yellow in person because not all the shots are super yellow.
There is also no lack of storage in this house but it doesn't seem to compromise the living space. It feels like a really good sized house.
The basement is cozy with the fireplace but bright with the walk out. The yard isn't huge because there is parking for 2 cars behind but it is neat and grassy.
This house is move right in ready and with a price tag of $839,000, it will probably move really fast. I suspect it will sell for closer to $920,000.
That light in the front yard is a little much though...
