But this is a fully detached house with a private driveway* on street that has been seeing semi's sell for $1,420,000 like at 21 Cornish (that was a steal) or a semi that needs tons of work like the one at 16 Cornish sell for $1,176,100!
It will probably sell for $1,099,000, if not $1,150,000.
This neighbourhood is getting hot!

*CORRECTION: there is no private drive. The attached garage and driveway to the north belongs to another house. This house has a shared drive and carport to the south of the house.
