41 Old Forest Hill Road - FOREST HILL
Another Forest Hill house! The outside of this house is pretty boring but the inside is quite grand.
At least that is the impression that entryway is trying to give us with the marble floor, panelled walls and table waaay at the other end with a vase of flowers lit up with a chandelier that looks like a huge wedding ring with spikes coming out the top!
But you have to admit, it is pretty grand. The ceilings are really high, the rooms are big, the curtains are massive, the fireplaces are subtle but large...
Then you get to the kitchen and it is kind of relaxed in a fancy sort of way. The mini moose is a nice touch. Then you see the piano and the place gets grand again.
It is 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms on a 73.52 x 146.7 foot lot and it is listed at $5,880,000.
Further proof that 190 Forest Hill is still overpriced. Actually, I just think everything in Forest Hill, including this house, is overpriced.
But I guess when you are working in numbers that high you might as well go for all you can get!
