89 Brucewood Cres - LAWRENCE MANOR
I don't understand why this house is still on the market!
It was first listed 3 weeks ago and I have been meaning to post it but had assumed it had sold until I looked today.
Granted, I don't know much about the neighbourhood but the house seems great!
There is an overabundance of green paint but otherwise, this is a big 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 40 x 135 pie shaped lot that widens to 80 feet. There is a living room (though it is a bit awkward), an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, family room, garage, huge deck...drop down projector...
And the price is only $1,195,000!!!
I don't get it. If the Bathurst Manor house at 11 Graymar that was renovated but looked like a teardown from the front sold for $839,000, why isn't anyone considering this?
Should it be $1,095,000?
This would be close to a $2,000,000 house if it was in the Cricket Club neighbourhood.
