Whoever they all are...this is a good house.
It is on a family friendly street and only blocks to the shops on Eglinton.
Things are a bit dated in the house but I like them. I like the old school iron and wood banister and the old black and white tile in the washroom...
If the paint colour was changed in the kitchen, I would like that too.
This is a big house on a big 50 x 125 lot.
And it is listed at $1,599,000 (that's only $149,000 less than this Riverdale house).
Too bad a lot of the personality is leaving with those paintings. They are really growing on me.
