This house is probably $200,000 over priced but someone is going to be seduced by that backyard.

It has 4 bedrooms but only 2 bathrooms, is on a 31.25 x 122 lot and is detached.
And it is listed at $1,450,000.
Sounds pretty good for a detached in Riverdale except those windows don't look new. They look like single pane or really old double pane which is an expensive undertaking to replace. The bathroom is a little rough but not bad. The kitchen is fine. The back has beautiful doors overlooking the garden and pool/whirlpool.
But it is only 2 bathrooms.
It will probably go for list but I think it is crazy. There are a lot of better options out there for the same price!
This will sell for list but should really sell for no more than $1,275,000. Some people are just crazy for Riverdale!
