And it went for....

The bungalow at 124 Sandringham that could either be a tear down or a terrific reno/restoration has finally sold.

It was first listed in February for $3,250,000 only to drop its price weeks later to $2,950,000.

The price was dropped again in March to $2,690,000.

It dropped AGAIN in mid April to $2,499,000.

And it finally sold....

For $2,252,250.

Phewph.   That was exhausting.

And for the money, the buyers got a HUGE piece of land!
